What Does “3670” Mean?
Even the film’s unusual title has roots in Korean gay culture.
3670 is a kind of shorthand for meeting at Jongno 3-ga Station, Exit 6, at 7 p.m. Jongno has long been associated with Seoul’s LGBTQ community, and the code becomes a fitting title for a film so deeply interested in the places queer people create to find one another.
What initially seems like a string of numbers ultimately represents something much more human: an invitation to show up.
For Cheol-jun, showing up may be the first step toward finding a community where he can finally be seen.

3670 is the feature directorial debut of Park Joon-ho, who also wrote and edited the film. The South Korean production stars Cho You-hyun as Cheol-jun, alongside Kim Hyun-mok and Cho Dae-hee.
The film began attracting international attention on the festival circuit, including its 2025 premiere at the San Francisco International Film Festival and a Korean premiere at the Jeonju International Film Festival.
